Sharon joined the Board in 2022. Prior to joining Sharon spent more than a decade working with Diageo in the UK in various Senior Finance roles, most recently as Group Controller and prior to that as Head of Investor Relations, Group Treasurer and Finance and Strategy Director for Western Europe. Prior to that Sharon worked in the global telecoms company Nortel in various senior finance roles. Sharon is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland. Sharon is currently a non-Executive Director with Morgan Sindall PLC and was previously a non-Executive Director with John Lewis.
